DUNES at SPLASH WORLD I had enjoyed my Yoga class at Dunes so much that I decided to try Pilates and also a Body Balance class.
I had heard a great deal about pilates and I was not disappointed it is slow, relaxing, and I felt well and truly stretched at the end of it!
Body Balance was great and more upbeat, so if you are looking for a more energising class then this could be for you. I would hope that after a course or two I would look like the lovely Sarah who takes the class!!
The surroundings are really great and of course there is a frighteningly modern gym as well!!
