My recent purchase of two frozens items from ALDI have totally changed my view of frozen foods.
OAKHURST LAMB SHANKS cooked in rosemary and mint gravy were absolutely delicious and extremely tender.
They can be cooked directly from the freezer in 1 1/2 hours approx so no planning involved. The gravy was just too good to dispose of so I then cooked potatoes in it and they were scrumptious.
SEA BASS was a revelation to me as I am not a lover of frozen fish but these sea bass fillets were perfect. They cooked quickly in tinfoil in the oven and I then added butter, lemon juice and black pepper and they were perfect.
