I have a confession to make, I have never actually made a fish pie, although I am aware there are many recipes around, and its basically just a selection of fish in a sauce topped with potatoes.
However, now that I have tried this particular fish pie, which is part of a new range in the chiller cabinet in Morrison's I don't think I'll be feel guilty about not making my own.
It was choc a bloc with salmon, haddock and prawns in a delicious mornay sauce which was topped with fluffy mashed potates and it was the epitome of gorgeous comfort food. 30 mins. in the oven and ready to serve.
